Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your GlossPlate account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

1. From your account (fastest)

Sign in, then go to Settings → Delete account. Type your restaurant name to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

2. By email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• · Your owner account (name, email, login)
• · Your restaurant profile and its public menu / guide listing
• · All dishes, categories, uploaded photos and AI-enhanced images and videos
• · Your saved payment method and any active subscription (cancelled)

What we keep, and why

We retain limited billing and tax records (such as invoices) for the period required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy. These are not used for any other purpose after deletion.
